Pat has recruited, developed, trained, mentored and coached many high performing sales teams. This has been achieved by classroom and field training as well as using coaching and mentoring depending on individual client requirements. This combination has resulted in dramatic positive results, not alone for the trainees, but also for their organisations.
In Pat’s past life he gained wide experience in selling, initially as a student, then in telephone and field sales and later as a sales manager, sales director and more recently as a sales consultant. He has achieved impressive sales figures by working hard, creative problem solving, building superior client relationships and by adopting a positive and results driven approach. His experience includes new business start-ups, product launches, and re-launching struggling operations.
Pat is an NUI Maynooth qualified Trainer and is on the FAS National Register of Trainers. He has successfully delivered a wide variety of courses including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Plans and Train the Trainer.
He is also a workshop facilitator and has delivered numerous outplacement workshops for Harmonics, the Dublin and Limerick based Career and Performance specialists.
