It is a great time to be a professional coach, helping individuals and companies make a difference, partnering with people and organisations as they step back, look at things afresh and figure out new ways of doing things. Looking at the challenges and turning them into opportunities.
It’s rewarding working with people as they endeavour to reach their full potential. It’s rewarding to observe their surprise as they achieve more that they thought possible. Perhaps discovering new strengths they never knew they had. A ‘toughness’ that will see them through the ‘tough times’ making them stronger in the process.
Integrity, trust and a genuine belief in the people I coach are central to my work. While the effort and the outcomes are significant it can also be fun.
